Do I have to be on-site?

No. As long as we have the information we need and the junk is accessible, we can pick up your load anytime, even when you aren’t home. We also feature 100% contactless pickup services.

What happens to my junk?

Paper, plastics, and biomass are sent to recycling facilities, while electronic waste, metals, and other commodities are transferred for repurposing. Finally, we donate or sell furniture and appliances when possible, so that only a fraction of the junk we collect makes it to the landfill.

How do you handle donations?

While you may choose to sell some items, we can take care of donating and delivering them to reputable charities such as Women in Need Society or the Salvation Army. Items that are broken, damaged, or unusable will be disassembled and recycled.

What do I need to do to get ready?

Gathering your stuff in one accessible location makes it easier for us to provide an accurate quote. Preparing the junk ahead of time also allows us to load it more quickly and efficiently.

What equipment do you use?

Our trucks are approximately 12ft x 8ft x 5ft and are equipped with a hydraulic dump trailer and ramp for easy loading and unloading. We also utilize dollies, ratchet straps, and other gear to ensure safe and proper transport of all loads.

Are you licensed and insured?

Does everything have to be in one place?

We strive to offer the safest possible approach to junk removal in Calgary. In order to provide fully contactless junk removal, we require the junk to be gathered in one area so that all you have to do is point! If you are not able to move the items, we can retrieve them where they are.
