Our Approach to Estate Cleanouts
When it comes to estate cleanouts, we are respectful, professional, and understanding of the situation. We know that even couches, chairs, and carpets can bring up old memories, but you can have peace of mind knowing that we take care of the items we collect, and we always clean up the area before we leave. We are also big believers in giving back and paying it forward. By donating the majority of items in every load, your loved one’s legacy can live on as a charitable donation within your community.
Home-estate, and foreclosure cleanouts can be extensive, and often end up being more work than initially planned. At The Junk Movement, we take all junk, including furniture, appliances, yard waste, carpets, renovation debris, and more. The only things we do not accept are hazardous waste and materials such as paint and chemicals.
What to Expect From an Estate Cleanout
Home and estate cleanouts can include everything from furniture removal to electronics disposal in Calgary. At The Junk Movement, we focus on keeping junk out of the landfills. Typically, the furniture, appliances, and other items collected during an estate cleanout are still in good condition. While you may choose to sell some items, we can take care of donating and delivering them to reputable charities such as the Salvation Army or the Women’s Shelter. Items that are broken, damaged, or unusable will be disassembled and recycled.
